Returns & Exchanges
Bleached & screen printed pieces that are made to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges on. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so BEFORE the order has started being processed. If the order has already been bleached or screen printed you can no longer cancel.
If you receive anything that isn't made to order you have 7 days from the day of delivery to let us know you'd like to return it.

The items need to be returned unworn and with tags on. No stains (including make-up stains so be careful when trying on), snags, odors or anything wrong with the item or a credit will not be processed. It needs to be something we can resale. All sale items are FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep hold of the tracking numbers coming back to us in case they get lost. Also, we do not cover the shipping back to us for a return or exchange that is the customer's responsibility.
Damages: If there is an issue with a piece you receive with any sort of damage please let us know. We will fix the issue immediately just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Problems: If you receive something from us that is incorrect (size, color, item etc) please let us know within 7 days of when you receive the item. Just email email@example.com.
